Highlighting in notes

I have just started pasting notes from Word documents into the notes tabs for my library items. Before Zotero updated last week, text that was highlighted in Word was also highlighted in the notes tab. These highlights now seem to have gone and and any new text I paste in from Word doesn't retain the highlights. Any suggestions?
