pdf opens in Zotero –> much slower and reduced functionality than in Mac App

Hi, first of all: I really appreciate Zotero. However after updating to v6 pdfs can only be opened in Zotero and not in the Mac app like before. Unfortunately the workflow is much slower in Zotero, scrolling within pdf is not smooth and some of the tools from the Mac app like pencil, textfield and so on are lacking. So as a feedback to this great app: I´d really appreciate to have the possibility again to open pdfs optionally in the Mac app like before as that feels much more comfortable to me. Maybe some others feel the same about it? Best, Martin

    @martindonner You can define which PDF viewer you want to use in the Zotero preferences. (On my PC, this is under General > File Handling > Open PDFs Using...; I assume it's the same on a Mac.) Simply switch to your system viewer if you don't want to use the built-in reader.

    @Bibliomaniac Thanks a lot for your help that works! Shame on me, I should have checked that but didn´t get it cause it was never necessary to check those prefs
