Zotero 6.0 and PDF annotating

Would it be possible to add the option to use pen features on PDFs in the new viewer. I appreciate the options to highlight and add various notes. The ability to write directly on PDFs would make this even better.

Yes, totally agree with you. It seems that the ios version allows to write directly on PDFs. Actually, Microsoft surface also supports hand writing with surface pen. Hope the pc version of zotero can add this feature. Thanks.

I am also looking for this. You can currently do it on the iPad app (which is great!), but you can't do it on the Mac app. I have a Wacom tablet at work, as well as a Wacom and Cintiq at home so writing on PDFs for research on my Mac would be fantastic. It would also be great if, like in Microsoft OneNote, you could search your handwriting. I know that's probably way beyond the capabilities of an open source team (maybe?), but a guy can dream.
