6.0.1, 6.0.2 - indicator for document present in item not visible in the first item in collection

After opening a collection the indicator of the presence of file of the first item is not visible

It become visible after hoovering or clicking on it

This is quite confusing, several times I attempted to redownlad the pdf that was already present
