Upgrade StorageZoltero looping in chrome, repeating the same list of references over and over

Issue: I was editing citations in chrome using google docs. My citations were listed in the references section in the correct order. All was well, and citations were adding quickly and easily. After adding my last citation in the text in google docs, and clicking enter, the Zoltero progress bar continued to load for a long time while the google doc appeared greyed out and the "Zoltero is updating your document. Please wait..." message was shown. After about 10 minutes, I refreshed my browser window. Strangely, the last citation was shown concatenated in the same line of text as the prior reference, and the full list of citations was repeated dozens and dozens of times. My 12 page article now spanned 172 pages or so. I quit zoltero, chrome, and restarted my computer. Upon reopening google docs, I deleted the repeated citations, and selected Zoltero>Refresh from the menu bar in google docs. Same thing happened. I deleted the last citation from the google doc and then from the zoltero app, and repeated the process. Same thing happened. Not sure what the issue is.
ISSUE SOLVED:
Deleted bibliography in chrome, deleted last added citation, re-added last citation, then clicked add/edit bibliography.
