Upgrade StorageMissing item index when copy and paste annotation in the PDF
Zotero 6 is great but I ran into some problems.
I pressed ‘Ctrl+C’ to copy the highlight in my PDF and I got:
“As per the FEM results, it can be seen that for the case with a void” ([Arachchige et al., 2020, p. 71](zotero://select/library/items/items)) ([pdf](zotero://open-pdf/library/items/items?page=1&annotation=5BNIS5J3)) test comment
I find that there is no item index（just like "5BNIS5J3") in “items?” so I can't link to this annotation externally. Instead, it links to a different/specific PDF.

dstillmanedited March 21, 2022This is a bug in unsynced libraries. It will be fixed for the next version, which should be out in the next or two. You can wait for that or sync your library now to fix it.
