zotero uri not working

Hello,

Today the zotero uri on my ubuntu does not work. I click on the links, none of them would bring me to the zotero window.
Maybe this is because I recently moved the Data Directory Location from the default to a custom location. Any way to remedy this?

That's a function of the zotero.desktop file distributed with Zotero, which includes x-scheme-handler/zotero. Make sure you've followed the installation instructions for symlinking that into the correct folder.

If you installed Zotero some other way, you'd have to check with the maintainer.

Thanks for the suggestion. I followed that instruction and symlinked to the correct folder.

But the problem is still there: zotero://select/library/items/... links still do not work.

You'll need to debug this on your own system. There's nothing in Zotero itself beyond the .desktop file that controls this.
