retrieving files after hard drive swap

My hard drive died so I had it swapped out. The tech transferred all the data on the hard drive to new one. I found references in hte Zotero folder but with alpha numeric names and I have no idea how to get them back to my library.

Also, when I right click on a potential reference I do not have the Zotero ability to grab the data and put it in my library.

I'm not great with tech but I'm trying. Any help out there would be appreciated!
