Upgrade StoragePDFs added and highlighted on iPad don't sync properly to web or to desktop
From my iPad, I added a file - a PDF of an article that I'd previously annotated in another PDF editor. I added tags and then opened it in the Zotero PDF editor and added another annotation with a comment. What I expected to happen was to see that same PDF file in my library on the web and also on the desktop, with the same annotations in all locations.
Instead, the file was added to my library in the desired collection, with the added tags, with the following problems: on the web version of Zotero, the PDF is there but the new annotation added on the iPad isn't present. On the desktop, the item appears to have been added, but when I try to open it, I get this error:

>It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero, or, if the file was added on another computer, it may not yet have been synced to or from zotero.org.
The linked help article seems to not have anything relevant to iOS, and I'm not sure how to make this work better, but this seems to not be working correctly. I'd not used Zotero previously because of the lack of iOS support, and it seems that it isn't yet ready despite being released from beta.
