Zotero 6/Word communication

Hi folks,
really excited about Zotero 6! However since updating, when I try to add a citation in word, I'm receiving error messages that I need to re-install the word add in. I've followed the instructions, and received the following error message: Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure Microsoft Word is closed and then restart Zotero". This has not fixed the problem. I have also tried syncing the library and then restarting both word and the Zotero library.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Close Word and reinstall the the Word plugin from the Cite → Word Processors pane of the Zotero preferences. Does that help?

Oh, under edit on the library. Thanks, couldn't figure out how to get to cite without having word open.
