No, Jasminum works on zotero 6.
You could install the latest version on its github homepage.

Quicklook won't be updates, since MAS no longer exists, I'd assume that won't be updated either. mdnotes hasn't been updated;

ZoteroOCR has an open pull request that'll make it compatible, workaround here: https://github.com/UB-Mannheim/zotero-ocr/issues/37#issuecomment-1048821942

Zotero Memento is also de-facto compatible, just needs an update, workaround see https://github.com/leonkt/zotero-memento/issues/18#issuecomment-1073003743

@emilianoeheyns would be able to say if the folder import is easy to update.

Don't know about the others.

There is now at least one functional Quicklook replacement for Zotero 6 available here: https://github.com/Regulust/ZoteroQuickLook/releases

It works on my Mac, no idea about Windows. Using this again reminded me how much faster it is to review many pdfs in one collection using quicklook, however much I like the new PDF reader.
