Feature request: draw lines in pdf editor

Hi,
I use Zotero on many non-OCRized sources and documents. While The new PDF editor seems to fit modern scientific papers, it's harder to work on such textless files.

Can you please add a tool to simply draw lines on documents, as many PDF editors have, without requiring actual OCRized text in order to highlight it?
