Upgrade StorageEditing of PDF or other file metadata
Hello, I couldn't find a discussion of this elsewhere.
I am wondering if Zotero can directly edit the metadata of files, especially PDFs. I mean the metadata in the PDF file itself, not the metadata that Zotero attaches to it. (If you open up a PDF and click on the properties tab, you see this metadata).
It doesn't appear that this is possible, but I wanted to check to make sure. I was also interested if there is any thought of doing this in the future. It would be a great feature, IMO, but perhaps its difficult to do.
