Creator column misalinged after update

After Zotero updated on 3/18/2022, the Creator and Year columns were were shifted down by a fraction of a character, so the bottoms of the author's name and year are cut off. It also looks like the height of each Title field has shrunk, cutting off the bottoms of y's, for example. Is there a way to restore the previous appearance? I use Windows10.

Are you using Windows font scaling?

I don't know what font scaling means exactly. When I go to Settings>Ease of Access>Display, I see that under "Make text bigger" the slider is set halfway between the smallest and largest extremes. Beneath that is the category "Make everything bigger," which is set to "100% (Recommended)"

This should be fixed in the latest Zotero beta, and the fix will be included in Zotero 6.0.5.
