"View -> Font size -> Bigger" doesn't affect the new pdf viewer's table of content

It will change font size of everywhere else, but not the toc of new PDF viewer. It is too small for me by default.

    For me it doesn't change font size anywhere anymore. Probably a bug. Can developers confirm this. It's quite not usable on 4k screen at the moment.
