How to use boolean searches? (Complex Search Criteria)

In official manual (https://www.zotero.org/support/searching) there be a section for Complex Search Criteria. But I don't understand how to use boolean operators.

AND and OR ---> How to express that boolean operators in Zotero Advanced Search?
