Bibliography Extraction

My work has around 500 citations. In my literature review section, I want to do an analysis on what 'creator', 'item type', 'date'...etc, I frequently used.

All of my citations are in the collection, is there a way to extract the data in tabular format (.csv for example) so that I can do my wrangling and do some analysis.
