I am trying to install Zotero, and at the Zotero Setup screen where the installation begins proper I get the following error message right away: "Error creating directory: C:\Program Files(x86)\Zotero\poppler-data\cMap\Adobe-Korea1\

I have admin rights on this machine and have run the setup program as an administrator. This was installed on this computer before. I am trying to installZotero 5.0 for a Windows 10 device.

dstillmanedited March 23, 2022That is a problem on your computer, not in Zotero. Likely either security software on your computer blocking the installer or a problem with the filesystem/disk.
