Vietnamese locale inconsistently applied in Turabian 8th edition citations

I noticed recently that my documents using the Turabian 8th edition style with the Vietnamese locale were inconsistently localized. Some terms are translated, while others are not.

For example, instead of "Ibid" citations have "N.t", which is the expected behavior. However, instead of having "trans." > "b.d.v", it simply leaves the English term.

I double checked the locale at https://github.com/citation-style-language/locales/blob/master/locales-vi-VN.xml, and the translated terms are still there. Furthermore, the Chicago style works as expected.

Here are my system details:
MacOS 12.2.1
Chip: Apple M1 Pro
Zotero 5.0.96.4
LibreOffice 7.3.0.1
Style: Turabian 8th Edition (full note) (https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:turabian-fullnote-bibliography)

I will temporarily move to Chicago style, but it would be nice to be able to move back to Turabian. If there is something I am missing on my system, I would appreciate guidance to fix that. Otherwise, I just wonder if there is a problem with the citation style.
