can't get RSS feed to add

Trying to add a valid rss feed from EBSCO to my library. I can paste the rss url in, but can't add a title or use advanced options or save. The save button is greyed out. Debug output is D2099742789. RSS url is https://rss-ebscohost-com.upjohn.idm.oclc.org/AlertSyndicationService/Syndication.asmx/GetFeed?guid=8970261

    This URL is behind a university proxy. If you go there without being logged in you get a login prompt, which is what Zotero sees when trying to add the feed and why it's failing. Unless you have a feed that does not require authentication Zotero won't be able to add it.
