Word could't work after adding/editing a citation

I automatically updated the latest version of zotero(6.0-beta.4+a7cf689df) today, but the adding/editing a citation feature in word doesn't work anymore.

It says:
Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again.

What should I do? Thanks.
