Problem with notes in Zotero

Hi everyone, I have a problem with extracting notes in Zotero. The first is that he misses the pages where the note is taken. For example I had taken a note on page 1 but it marked me page 367 (even in the link the page was correct, only it was not possible to open. If I click on the link next to the note with the relative page it tells me it is impossible to open, while if I click on the link next to the quote it takes me to the pdf from page 1). Also I miss the batch export to markdown option for the notes, which causes me problems when I go to import them on Obsidian (which tells me Invalid YALM when I go to quote the article via the "citation" plugin).
