Upgrade StorageBeta: Column headers misaligned

On macOS, I am seeing the column headings in the center pane misaligned with the columns, with Year being a little too narrow and Title being quite a bit too wide.

dstillmanYeah, we're aware of this. I believe @adomasven has said it was hard to fix, but he may have some new ideas. It's obviously not ideal.
