Upgrade Storage[request] Better error when policy "No group file storage" is set
I had an error with adding pdf to the group library either via web interface or desktop app. I didn't know that "No group file storage" policy was set.
Would be immensely helpful if in such case I would receive info/error in the style of "no group file storage is set" or anything pointing me in that direction.
