Why does it still show incompatibility when inserting documents?

My system is Mac 12.1. Word has been opened with rosetta. Why does it still show incompatibility when inserting documents? Here it is: Zotero can now be used with Word running natively on Apple Silicon Macs.

For maximum performance, select Word in Finder, go to File → Get Info, disable “Open using Rosetta”, and restart Word.

    The message means what it says. You shouldn't be running Word under Rosetta.

    In early versions of Big Sur there was a bug when using Zotero with Word on Apple Silicon Macs, and running Word under Rosetta was a brief, temporary fix, but we pushed out a fix for that within a few days, and it's been fixed in later versions of Big Sur. You should do what that message says and stop running Word under Rosetta.
