zotfile confusion
Hello all,
I have used the following method to reorganized my bibliography
https://habr.com/en/post/443798/
I was hopping to get to a point where I can also use my tablet to easily read pdfs from the library and scribble on them with my stylus (I am on android).
Trouble is that I have a bunch of pdfs that have to info on them. Some are conference presentations, other are just random pdfs or pdfs of scientific papers that I need to review and obviously lack any metadata that can be pulled and organized.
I was hoping to create a category for the pdfs i have to review and then use the move to tablet feature so I can open them on my samsung galaxy s7, read them and then save them. But for some reason I cannot move them to the tablet with zotfile because the files are top level items. Here is the error I get:

Is there something I can do about this? How are you handling files with no data that you keep in the library?
Are there any plans for an android client or android support in general? I really don't want to have to buy an apple tablet

Zotero is currently hiring an Android developer, so they're moving in that direction, but they don't tend to rush development, so I'd assume it'll take a good amount of time before a public beta release.
About time for the android app, damn!
