zotero is very slow

Zotero recently becomes very slow recently in my windows 10 laptop. Many times when I insert a new citation in MS Word, it takes 10-20 min to run. Zotero generated a report ID: 1180594398, but I am not sure if it is related to this issue.

Have you tried restarting your computer? Could you produce a Debug ID from Zotero for an operation that takes a long time?
