Edit page offset for all notes
Hi!
I love the Beta's feature of editing page numbers for all notes, which is especially useful for scanned documents. However I cannot figure out how to define a certain offset (e.g. „the real page number is always 2 higher than the pdf page number") so that it also applies to new annotations automatically. Currently I have to manually trigger the re-numbering after adding new annotations. As ususally the offset between pdf page numbers and "real" page number remains constant, it would be great if I could just define it once and have it auto-applied to all annotations I create.
