Upgrade StorageDate format DD.MM.YYYY not showing correctly

thanks to your contributions and the documentation I was able to adapt a citation style to the guidelines of my institution (I use a German derivation of the Harvard style).
There is only one issue left. In the bibliography in Word, the date (for websites or newspaper articles) should be output as DD.MM.YYYY.
However, when there is a number smaller than „10“, the preceding zero does not show. Thus, in the document the date shows as „3.2.2022“ instead of „03.02.2022“. This happens only in the „date“ field; „last accessed“ is always shown in the correct DD.MM.YYYY format.
Is there a setting in the citation style that can be changed or added to address this issue?
