Upgrade StorageZotero does not work in google
Hello:) I hope someone could help me would be very grateful for that. I have a MacBook Air. I downloaded Zotero and the Zotero Connector did not show up in Safari so i downloaded google chrome and now this problem was solved. The Connector showed up on google Chrome. But now I have a problem with word. The icons for Zotero show up there but they do not work. (Maybe its because i previously downloaded the Zotero Connector for Safari). It says that there is a problem with the update with my document. I already tried all the steps from the "troubleshooting errors in Word processor documents" but still nothing help. Can anyone help me please?
If so, check to make sure the citation dialog isn't just behind the main Zotero window.
If you're sure it's not, restart your browser and try again. If it's still not working, restart your browser again and provide a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt.
