syncing error

I cross-referenced my online library with the one in Zotero today and noticed that many of my articles (in the past two weeks) never made it to the web library. I use auto-sync. When I try syncing, I receive the following error:

Win error 32 during operation removeEmptyDir on file C:\Users\[…]\Zotero\storage\ST7MK2AU (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

This could happen if you have a file open in another program on your computer while syncing, or it could be caused by security software on your computer preventing Zotero from accessing the disk. Simply restarting your computer might also help.

But this is a file sync error, so it wouldn't affect the syncing of items. If you're still having trouble after resolving this error, we'd want to see a Debug ID for a sync attempt. (Your Debug ID didn't show a sync.)
