Zotero Connector has timed out

Hello,

I have been trying to save from https://arxiv.org/abs/2107.08045 but getting this error (sorry it’s in french)

As a result, the document appears on Zotero but not with the pdf.

Does someone know what the problem is? I have tried reinstalling the connector and normally I don't have any firewall... What else can I do?

Though it's a bit weird if you're saying an item appears in Zotero at all. Based on the errors above, you shouldn't be getting anything in Zotero itself.

If an item is actually appearing in Zotero, we'd want to see a Debug ID from Zotero for a save attempt that causes an item to appear but shows an error in the browser.

Problem solved! Actually still don’t know what it was… I restarted my computer and apparently now that works.

The document did appear on Zotero and when I clicked on http://127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping the page said that the connector was available, just the pdf didn’t save. Probably just a bug during installation.
