Zotero experienced an error updating your document

Hello everyone, my problem is when click Add/Edit Citation on Ms Word the notification is "Zotero experienced an error updating your document" , i already to try troubleshooting instructions from Zotero, but it doesn't work , so how can i fix this problem?

Assuming this only happens in a specific existing document and works in a new document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents. You haven't followed all the steps, since they ask for more information.
