-Have the latest version of Zotero for Desktop installed

I'm trying to import a bunch of citations (and corresponding files) from a group library into "My Library" so that I can retain my sources but leave the group. The only way I can figure out to do that is by exporting the group library as an RDF and then importing it into My Library. But, then when I try to sync, I get this error:

In any case, syncing is its own process, so how you transferred the data isn't really relevant. Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces an error?
