Error while saving - 852802510

Hi, I have been having trouble saving articles to Zotero both from Chrome and Firefox. I get an error message, saying if the problem persists (it has) I should try "getting help". Help! Sometimes in spite of the error message the item will show up with info in my library, other times it will just show up labeled "pdf", and other times nothing happens at all.
