zotero引用的文字处理软件里面没有word

word里面使用zotero时一直显示Zotero无法加载与文字处理器通信所需的组件。 在Zotero中转到工具→附加组件→扩展，并确保已启用文字处理器的扩展。但是zotero的插件里面什么都没有，没有word

word里有zotero加载项，可是zotero里面不显示word这个文字处理器，是电脑的原因吗？

估计设置的原因，可以新建一个profile，或把word启动项中的zotero.dotm删除，重新添加，试试。可以加入Zotero中文插件 QQ群：

@lyyx: Are you saying that you don't an entry for the Word plugin in Tools → Add-ons in Zotero? Or or don't see anything for the Word plugin in Cite → Word Processors in the Zotero preferences?

Can you provide a Report ID?
