zotfile, Get table and contents

Using zotfile, I get the bookmarks of PDF file by "Get Table and Contents" function.
It works very well for normal bookmarks.
However, with bookmarks linked to web address, it doesn't work.
My default pdf reader is PDF-Xchange Editor.

For example,

1) My pdf has bookmarks ...

bookmark 1 (linked to pdf page)
bookmark 2 (linked to pdf page)
bookmark 3 (linked to http://zotero.org)
bookmark 4 (linked to pdf page)
bookmark 5 (linked to pdf page)

2) When I get the table using zotfile, I get...

bookmark 1 (linked to pdf page)
bookmark 2 (linked to pdf page)

bookmark 4 (linked to pdf page)
bookmark 5 (linked to pdf page)


Is there any way to fix the problem?
