Error notification: Citavi import

Previously, I used Citavi, however, since I work on a Mac now, I wanted to import my citavi data to Zotero. In Citavi, I also created notes and quotes, so in order to import them to Zotero as well and not only the bibliographic information, I followed the steps reported on this site: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/import-from-citavi
Step 3: ctv6bak is no zip file

If I use the ctv6 file to import to Zotero, an error notification occurs.

Since version 6, Citavi no longer saves the data in XML format, not even in the backup file. Since version 6, a sqlite database is used. The import process described in https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/import_from_citavi does not work for Citavi 6 either. To make it work as described, the Citavi 6 project must first be exported as a Citavi 5 project. After that, you will have an XML file again. For me, however, the import of the XML file did not work without errors.

@MillerGeorge: We tested this very recently with Citavi 6 and it was definitely not necessary to use that option. It's possible there are differences in different Citavi installations, but as far as we know the steps in the documentation work if followed very carefully.

In any case, for problems importing an XML file, please start a new thread and provide a Debug ID for the operation.
