Hello,
I just installed Zotero and am unable to save any documents. I received the above error.
I'm using Chrome on a MS laptop.

In another area the error says:
[JavaScript Error: "Failed to retrieve translators from Zotero Repo Error: HTTP request to https://repo.zotero.org/repo/metadata?version=5.0.92&last=0 rejected with status 0"]
[JavaScript Error: "Cannot access a chrome-extension:// URL of different extension"]
[JavaScript Error: "No frame with id 13 in tab 50."]
[JavaScript Error: "No frame with id 17 in tab 50."]

pqzhang256I had zotero for a while and the chrome extension worked perfectly for me until recently. Cannot save papers anymore.
