Problems with the connection between Zotero and Google Docs/Word
Hi there.
We are experiencing some problems, when we put references from Zotero in to a document in Google Docs and Word. The problem is that with many of our references, the program suddently looses the connection between the references and Zotero so we have to put in the references again, so they will be a part of our bibliography.
How can we solve this problem, so we don't loose the connection between our references and Zotero?
This is not because we have downloaded the Google Docs-document to our computers as a word-file, it happens independently in the two programmes.

adomasvenMake sure all editors have the Zotero Connector installed and if prompted authorized with the user account that has permissions to edit the documents. Then, don't copy any text by selecting and dragging it with the mouse. Instead use copy and paste commands. Dragging text unlinks citations and unfortunately we don't have a way to fix that.
