Invalid Username and Password when Syncing

Hello,

Zotero app on PC will not accept username and password when I try to sync,
although I use username or password to login to Zotero using browser.
A window pop up saying 'invalid username or password' .

Debug ID is 'D1406692981'

Your institution is intercepting your secure connections and blocking the requests with an HTTP 403 Forbidden error. The page title is "Secure Data Center Notice". You'll need to talk to your IT department.

You can view some of the page by going to Help → Debug Output Logging → View Output and then triggering a sync request.
