Transferring Zotero bibliography from iOs to Windows

I am very satisfied with Zotero for my own academic work. At the moment I serve as a sub-editor for a friend writing a PhD thesis. I work on Mac, she works on a Windows Pc. I might create her bibliography on my Mac. Is it possible for her, in the future, to download Zotero and continue to use this particular bibliography on a Windows PC - is it possible to transfer my Mac files to Windows?

    Zotero can be used on both Windows and Mac. Once you configured Zotero sync, you can access your library on another computer.

    Best way to collaborate on a bibliography is to use groups functionality.
