'Avian Research' Citation Style on Mendeley
Could someone help me out with a problem I am having with Mendeley?
In trying to work with Mendeley to organize my references for a literature review my colleague and I plan to publish to 'Avian Research', I realized that the Mendeley citation style for 'Avian Research' has not been updated since the journal made the switch from published BMC to KeAi while also switching up their reference requirements. The papers published to 'Avian Research' before January 1, 2022, did not have to have numbered references, and that style is what is generated when working with references in the 'Avian Research' citation style within Mendeley. I contacted Mendeley Support and I was told that the citation styles they use are from GitHub. Does anyone know how I can get this fixed or bring awareness to this change? Thank you for the help!
