IPadOS, warning message when modifying an item

Whenever I modify an existing item or create a new note inside a book reference, I will get the following warning message as soon as I click the save icon: “ Warning. This item has been changed remotely. It will now reload”. Is this related to my WebDav storage or to a known beta issue?

Hello, I am now receiving this error message every time I try to make a note. Please help
