Unable to sync my library

jpventuras · January 31, 2022

Hi I am unable to sync a word document with zotero . Whenever I try to add a new citation it is referenced as 1 despite having 130 other references. I have tried shutting the word and zotero applications - to no avail .

Nothing to do with "syncing" (which in Zotero-speak refers to syncing with your online library and other devices).

This means you or someone else saved the document incorrectly. See Existing Citations Not Detected.
