Error ID: 171666817, Zotero fails to connect to google doc

I have tried everything suggested on the forum. Restarting everything, different browser, but google docs just keep showing me "Zotero is updating your document. Please wait…". Please help

Check to see if the citation dialog is just behind your main Zotero window — that's the most likely reason.

If you're sure it's not, we'd want to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from Zotero for trying to insert a citation, after restarting Zotero.
