Keep Collections when import/export

When I export my collection (with Zotero RDF + notes + files) to take it to another computer it doesn't keep the collection structure (the folders on the left column) Is it a bug, a feature, or I'm doing something wrong?

I'm using Zotero 1.0.0b4r5 and the database is a bit big (~400Mb of pdf and webpages)
