Refresh Format Issue
Hi, when I create a Zotero citation in MS Word 365, it looks like this: (Zeng 1964; Chen 1964). After hitting Zotero:Refresh, it changes to this: (Zeng 1964; Mengjia 陈梦家 Chen 1964), adding the first name field to the beginning of the second reference. Can anyone help me fix this? The style is set to Chicago 17 author date. As far as I can tell, the two citations in Zotero are identical in form, so I can't tell why it is happening to one and not the other.

PhloxForumUpdate. Just now, I deleted the Chen reference in Zotero and recreated it. Didn't help. Still get the same problem. Then I separated the two references, citing them individually. Still, the problem persists.

PhloxForumUpdate. Although I deleted the entry from Zotero, even deleting it from the trash folder, it still shows as an option when I add entries, and I can still add it (although I cannot view it in the Zotero library). In the newly created version of the entry, I changed the first name to "testing" and it also shows in the entry after refreshing. I restarted Zotero and Word, but the same problems persist.
