Zotero experimentó un error al actualizar su documento

This sentence appears when I try to use my Zotero in a new document or in an older one. I checked I am not running Word as a administrator. I als deactivate Windows defender. I downloaded Zotero and installed it again... but problem continues...what other action can I try?

We'd want an error report ID: https://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_problems#provide_a_report_id together with the exact version number of Word you're running (so not just "Word 2016" but something like 16.0.14701.20210)
