Google Doc integration failing

I am continuing to receive the error "Zotero experienced an error updating your document" on a Google doc that currently has no citations.

I've worked through all of the items on the trouble shooting page -- uninstalling/reinstalling Zotero desktop and Chrome extension, re-syncing the desktop app, removing track change on the document, and even updating my Zotero storage. The Chrome extension is set to sync with Google Docs.

Please help!

    Sorry, Report ID from the Zotero app, not the Zotero Connector.

    The document is inaccessible. Please try again later.
    Restart your browser and try again. If it asks for permission, make sure you're selecting the same Google account that you used to create the document. Your Zotero account is irrelevant.

    You can also try in another browser.

    Beyond that you might just be being rate-limited (particularly if this is a large document) and might need to wait for it to resolve itself.
